What We Do

Popfounder Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not do heating, cooling, repair, maintenance or installation work. We are also not part of any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Business

The providers you reach are independent businesses. Each one alone is responsible for its estimates, prices, scheduling, workmanship, equipment, warranties, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not hire, supervise or control them. We make no promise about their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.

General Information, Not Advice

What you read on this site is general information. It is not professional, legal, safety or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job and are not quotes. Comments about efficiency are general and do not promise any level of energy savings. Confirm details with a qualified provider.

What We Ask of You

Give accurate information when you reach out. Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse it, get in the way of how it runs, or try to enter it in ways that are not allowed.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we and the provider we connect you with may contact you about your request. That may be by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. To ask us to stop, email contact@popfounder.property at any time.

Ownership of Content

The words and design on this site belong to Popfounder Heating & Air or those who license them to us. Please do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Popfounder Heating & Air is not responsible for loss or damage that comes from your use of this site, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.
